In an international market, is there a growing multinational population? Is there foreign investment? For both domestic and international real estate markets, is there capital available for financing real estate sales? In a developing metropolitan area is there sufficient infrastructure development to support present and future commercial business growth?
There are always rules for property ownership in any market - foreign or domestic. With the help of a good real estate attorney, the real estate professional has to know what rules exist for transfer of property, property ownership and property usage both in commercial and domestic settings.
