ERA Evergreen Real Estate Company Tallies More Than $9.7 Million In Sales Through Second Quarter of 2008
St. Helena Island, S.C. (PRWEB) August 13, 2008 -- Representatives from ERA Evergreen Real Estate Company, the preferred realty firm of Dataw Island, today announced that they have experienced a successful year thus far in 2008, with more than $9.7 million in sales tallied.
There were 18 total sales closed in the first half of 2008 on Dataw Island, generating more than $4.7 million of ERA's closed sales volume. In addition, the ERA Evergreen Dataw sales team's listing inventory has grown more than 400 percent from 2007 to 2008.
For the ending of the second quarter sales period, ERA Evergreen Real Estate Company gained market share, currently ranking third for closed sales volume and second in closed transactions in the Beaufort MLS for the first six months of 2008.
"We are enthusiastic about the tremendous sales numbers we have posted during the first six months of 2008," said Laura Blencoe, ERA Evergreen's broker in charge.
